Private yoga Private lessons are classes that you can take one-on-one with an instructor. The biggest advantage is that private lessons can be more focused and effective. If you are attending a lesson held with multiple students, you might keep practicing without knowing the pose. Classes will often have many people, at many levels, so it is difficult to know what you are doing right or wrong, and to get any individual feedback. Even though you know that yoga is a way to focus on yourself and not compare or compete with others, you may still be worried about other people. If you take a lesson with multiple people, others who are more advanced may make you feel intimidated, shy, or you may even lose your concentration. If this happens, the effects of yoga will be harder to feel, and you will not get the maximum positive benefits from yoga for yourself. With private lessons, you can focus on yourself in a quiet space with the instructor only, so you can concentrate completely You can take lessons in the studio according to your schedule. It is perfect for those who are busy with work or at home. Even if it is difficult to practice frequently, an occasional lesson as a reward to yourself is a great way to relax, feel better, and relieve some of life’s daily stresses.
